Return Policy

At Velogenix Technology Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the terms below:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return Request

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at Velogenix459@gmail.com or rahul@velcollection.in within the eligible return period.

  2. Mention your Order ID, registered Name, and reason for return.

  3. Attach clear images of the product (mandatory in case of damaged/defective/wrong item).

  4. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.

  5. Once approved, return instructions and pickup details (if applicable) will be shared via email.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund timelines may slightly vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If an exchange request is approved:

  • The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images/videos for verification.

Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

6. Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page (such as certain hygiene or safety categories) cannot be returned or exchanged.
