Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel an order or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through our Platform https://velcollection.in/ (“Platform”).


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.

Cancellation requests will not be entertained once:

  • The order has been processed for dispatch

  • The seller/merchant has initiated shipment

  • The product has been handed over to the logistics partner

  • The order is already shipped or out for delivery

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may initiate a return request after delivery (subject to eligibility conditions below).


2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer Return, Refund, or Exchange for eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection:

  • The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If an exchange request is approved:

  • The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to product availability.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging may be required.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, as applicable.


4. Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Refunds will not be applicable for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
