Shipping Policy

At Velogenix Technology Private Limited, we take utmost care to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and within the committed timelines.


1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS containing shipment and tracking details on your registered contact information.

Shipping is currently available within India only.


2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard delivery timeline is within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation and/or payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms.

  • Velogenix Technology Private Limited shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


3. Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The shipping address is accurate and complete

  • The contact number provided is correct and reachable

We shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of return or cancellation after shipment.


5. Exchange and Replacement Shipments

For approved exchange or replacement requests:

  • The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Delivery timelines for replacement items are subject to courier norms and product availability.


6. Undelivered or Refused Orders

If an order is returned back to us due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect address

Re-shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.
